I’m looking for opportunities where I can apply system repair, troubleshooting, networking, and security skills—while supporting day-to-day data and reporting with Excel—to help the team deliver dependable technology and measurable results.

I’m a motivated system repair technician with a Bachelor in Computer Science and a Diploma in System Engineering/Laptop. I bring proven experience in system repair, maintenance, software installation, and optimising performance, with a strong focus on reliability and accuracy.

In my roles, I’ve installed both hardware and software (including operating systems and specialized applications), diagnosed and resolved software issues, and replaced defective components and peripherals. I also regularly update antivirus to safeguard systems against malware and security threat.

I’m equally comfortable working with data and operations—entering customer information, monitoring cars in and out of the company using an Excel database, and preparing monthly reports. I’m committed to continuous learning and I’m seeking opportunities to leverage my skills to support technological advancement and organizational success.
