At blueEHR, I own product discovery and design for healthcare SaaS, studying legacy systems to shape integrated solutions. I pair functional documentation with visual workflows and HTML prototypes using Claude Code.

I lead sprint refinement and triage with Engineering, QA, and Documentation teams, guiding complex features through edge-case resolution to client deployment across facility networks.

Before becoming Sr. Product Designer / Hybrid Product Owner, I was Sr. UX Designer at blueEHR and the UX point of contact for Professional Services, working on enterprise clients including Metropolitano, Vivos, and Arkos. I also mentored junior designers and maintained scalable design systems.

Earlier at blueEHR, I supported senior designers on EHR modules including Lab, Radiology, Rx, and Appointment Calendar. My project work includes clinical charting and procedure ordering, inpatient transfers, and RCM interfaces.
