At Athenahealth, I led product design across enterprise healthcare products, including reporting and analytics, EDI, and workforce management. I used customer research, technical exploration, and iterative validation to shape experiences that balanced user needs with business priorities and technical constraints.

I designed reporting workflows spanning dashboards, report discovery, filters, drilldowns, query configuration, scheduling, and administration, including embedded Sigma workflows. Earlier, at Paytm, I led UX optimization for consumer travel booking by integrating behavioral data, customer insights, research, and experimentation to reduce friction and improve conversion.
