I'm a Technical Writer at Zoho Corporation, creating product and technical documentation, user guides, help content, feature documentation, UI content, user education videos, and product demos.

Previously, I worked as a Content Writer at KPI Partners and as an Assistant Professor of English at C. K. Nair Arts and Management College. I also completed an English-teaching internship at Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1 AFS Tambaram and worked as an Intern Academician at Bloombrain Learning Solutions.

I bring a strong foundation in English, technical writing, product demonstration, requirement understanding, database fundamentals, automation concepts, and account and relationship management.

I'm an enthusiastic, creative person who enjoys experimenting with new skills, learning continuously, and striving for excellence. I have also published poems in four anthologies and contributed to college publications.
