At Stott and May, I deliver approved Cisco switch deployment, refresh, and remediation for Harrods’ live retail estate. My work includes equipment replacement and relocation, rack-and-stack, patching, and network-cabinet remediation.
Before change activity proceeds, I check cabinet readiness against approved layouts and identify blockers involving power, cooling, capacity, redundancy, safety, or access. I also perform prescribed console and CLI checks, configuration backups, and pre- and post-change validation within approved implementation and rollback plans.
At Faun-Zoeller, I delivered field and infrastructure services across customer sites, including deployment and refresh work. I diagnosed hardware, connectivity, and Wi-Fi faults, restoring service within my scope and escalating issues that needed wider ownership.
Earlier, at Kalamazoo Secure Solutions Limited and Ashfield in2Focus Limited, I supported network smart-hands activity and worked on structured cabling, patching, rack builds, and physical network-equipment installation. I’m currently studying Cisco CCNA (200-301) and working through practical Cisco Packet Tracer labs.
