What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building and improving automation for web, API, and conversational AI products, collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams and working on reliable, customer-focused software releases.

I've built automation frameworks for web, API, and GenAI chatbot testing at Quality Kiosk Technologies, reducing regression effort by approximately 40%. I automated API scenarios with REST Assured and Postman, validated NLP responses and intent recognition, and integrated suites into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.

I'm currently validating IVR and IVA call flows at EXL Services, designing functional, positive, negative, and end-to-end test cases for voice-based customer journeys. I test call routing, prompts, user inputs, expected responses, and conversational flows while tracking defects through verification.

Across Agile teams and client-facing projects, I've delivered functional, sanity, regression, and UAT testing for API, chatbot, IVR, and IVA solutions. I use Java, Selenium, TestNG, Playwright, SQL, Maven, Git, JIRA, and Azure DevOps to support reliable releases.
