My core technical strengths are Advanced Excel and Google Sheets, which I use at an expert level to build dashboards, automate reporting workflows, and manage large datasets. I am experienced working in Agile delivery environments — participating in iterative planning cycles, managing workstreams in Jira, maintaining structured backlogs, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time. I have worked with Confluence for documentation, Tableau for basic visualisations, and Gen AI tools including Claude and ChatGPT for productivity and workflow enhancement.
