At ASTRONOVA SYNERGIES LLP, I set up and executed email, SMS, and push campaigns in Adobe Campaign Classic, from audience targeting through launch and delivery reporting.
I built and updated workflows using Query, Enrichment, and Split activities. Before launches, I ran proof and seed testing, personalization checks, and A/B tests.
I monitored delivery logs and reports for sends, bounces, opens, and clicks, and flagged issues for resolution. I also built HTML email templates and coordinated an intern team on campaign production tasks.
At Phoenix Group, I independently built and launched email and SMS campaigns from brief to deployment and reporting, including seasonal campaigns for Christmas, New Year, and Black Friday. I designed templates and creatives in Canva and helped the team adopt a new CRM tool after learning it.
