What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead training as a firearms/range instructor, strengthen community safety, and deliver standards-based emergency response—while building trust through clear communication, mentorship, and accountability.

I’m a resourceful police officer and firearm instructor with over 8 years of law enforcement experience, specializing in community safety, emergency response, and training. As a Patrol Sergeant/Firearm Instructor and Range Master, I manage agency shooting range operations and enforce safety protocols while delivering in-service and specialized instruction to ensure compliance with standards.

I’ve also served as a Deputy Sheriff/Firearm Instructor and a Police Officer/School Resource Officer, where I protected life and property through proactive patrols, thorough investigations, evidence handling, and court testimony. Whether responding to emergency calls or supporting critical incidents and natural disasters, I focus on disciplined execution and clear communication that strengthens public trust.

In addition to my field leadership, I’ve held squad leadership roles in the North Carolina National Guard and the U.S. Army, supervising teams and developing readiness. I’m certified as a TASER Instructor, Field Training Officer instructor, and specialized firearms instructor, and I hold a master’s degree focused in criminal justice from American Military University.
