I am a dynamic Learning Designer with experience crafting engaging instructional materials and managing multi-campaign initiatives at Dicoding Indonesia. I focus on designing learner-centered online courses that drive engagement, satisfaction, and measurable outcomes.

My work has included managing high-impact programs like the Bangkit campaign with Google Indonesia—training over 25,000 students with graduation rates above 85%—and maintaining participant satisfaction scores of 4.7/5. I combine visual design, learning analysis, and continuous improvement to refine courses based on feedback and analytics.

In addition to hands-on design, I serve as Assistant Deputy Director of Accreditation and have supported research projects for government clients, bringing strong project management, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration skills to cross-functional teams. I am eager to leverage AI-assisted learning and training analytics to advance educational outcomes.
