What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable Laravel products, REST APIs, and business platforms while leading delivery, improving performance, and integrating modern services such as AI, payments, notifications, and cloud infrastructure.

I've built Laravel-based LMS, CMS, HRMS, payroll, hospital, courier, contract, and admissions systems for HRanker Educational, Intileo Software, and WoCo HRMS. My work includes live-class scheduling, test auto-evaluation, real-time results, automated notifications, attendance tracking, and payroll processing.

As a team lead, I led a five-member team delivering modular MVC backends and REST APIs. I've improved database query performance by 30%, integrated payment gateways and AES encryption, and configured Cloudflare, SSL/TLS, and production deployments.
