Ajay Reddy

I’m an AI/ML Technical Lead and R&D Manager with a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering and hands-on experience taking ML ideas from data to deployment. As an AI/ML Intern, I developed machine learning and deep learning models with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and hyperparameter tuning to optimize performance.

In my current role, I lead end-to-end development of AI/ML solutions—driving research, design, and implementation of innovative systems. I manage and mentor team members, coordinate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes, while conducting R&D across ML/DL and integrating software models with hardware systems.

I build practical, product-focused AI projects like an AI-PDF Chatbot using LLMs and RAG (with embeddings and vector search) to extract and answer complex questions from documents. I also develop a multimodal AI Knowledge Hub that combines LLMs and vision models, and an AI-DataAnalyst that uses LLMs to automate chart generation and interpretation into actionable insights.

I’m energized by solving real-world problems—combining strong problem-solving with accuracy and efficiency. I’ve demonstrated this through a 1st Prize at the Reboot the Earth Hackathon (Salesforce) and through CNN-based Devanagari handwritten digit classification work documented in a research paper.
