I'm targeting Network Support Engineer, Network Operations/NOC Support, IT Infrastructure Support, L2 IT Support, or Network & Firewall Support roles.

At 3i Infotech Ltd., I support desktop and network operations at a Zomato/Blinkit warehouse in Ranchi. I monitor firewalls, switches, and access points, and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.

At MineSource India Pvt. Ltd., I provided hardware, software, and network support at the Coal India site (ECL Sanctoria). I also supported operating system deployments and printers across Coal India sites.

On the HP CRIS Project with Sysnet Global Technology Pvt. Ltd., I maintained network connectivity and LAN equipment for 28+ desktops at Indian Railway DRM Howrah. I also supported CRIS COA and maintained printers and plotters.
