At JPMorgan Chase, I build production-focused generative AI and automation solutions for financial advisory and document analysis. I integrated OpenAI APIs and LangChain for contract-review workflows, and developed LangGraph agents for financial forecasting, retrieval, and advisory activities.
I use Python, FastAPI, and n8n to connect AI services with business workflows, adding validation, monitoring, and human-review steps where needed. I also designed a Graph RAG architecture with Neo4j and LangGraph to work with connected financial entities, documents, and relationships.
At Humana, I developed healthcare analytics and NLP solutions, including a pipeline that processed more than one million clinical notes using BERT, Hugging Face Transformers, and spaCy. I applied HIPAA-conscious processing and PII/PHI protection, and built monitoring and lifecycle workflows for production models.
At State Farm, I worked on insurance analytics and ACA/Marketplace enrollment and renewal workflows, including consent-aware outreach and escalation to licensed agents. Earlier, at Flipkart, I supported product recommendation systems, working on data preparation, model features, and hybrid recommendation approaches.
