I’m a Senior AI engineer with 7+ years in production ML and roughly two years focused on Agentic AI / GenAI. I architect and ship end-to-end production systems where quality, evaluation, and reliability are built in—not bolted on.
At Sutherland, I designed and deployed production multi-agent AI systems on LangGraph for insurance customer-experience analytics. I built “AI Contact Drivers” and “AI Agent Coaching,” processing thousands of conversations daily, grounding outputs in verbatim chat evidence, and surfacing emerging themes via embedding-based clustering.
I built a production CSAT prediction model combining Mistral 7B summarization, Universal Sentence Encoder embeddings, and XGBoost classification—extending CSAT visibility from ~10% survey coverage to 100% of conversations. I also operate self-hosted LLM serving (Mistral 7B via vLLM) integrated with Milvus vector stores, running summarization and classification at a fraction of equivalent commercial-API cost.
Earlier, I delivered production ML across healthcare and consumer internet, including predictive maintenance, medical-text summarization, and computer vision. I’m also proud of independently shipping a Gemini-powered, multi-modal agriculture assistant to the Google Play Store in 8 Indian languages—LLM reasoning with image input, voice interaction, and per-user agronomic context.

Develops multi-modal RAG pipelines using AWS Bedrock and LLMs, and automates extraction of text, tables, and images from PDFs. Builds semantic retrieval with Chroma and Titan embeddings and a Streamlit app for interactive document analysis.
Leads healthcare AI initiatives including failure prediction for MRI Sense head-coil systems and scalable data architecture for medical-text processing. Fine-tunes LLMs for medical-text summarization and applies RAG with benchmarking and prompt engineering, while leading a small AI team.
