I’m a Backend Developer with hands-on experience building scalable backend applications using Node.js, NestJS, Express.js, TypeScript, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. I focus on designing reliable RESTful APIs and modular backend systems that stay maintainable as they grow.
I build secure backends with JWT authentication, relational database design, and well-structured API layers. I’m also comfortable with Docker and Redis, and I use Swagger, Postman, and Git as part of an Agile workflow to keep development efficient and dependable.
As a Backend Developer Intern at Tek Tariq (Remote), I build and maintain RESTful APIs, implement JWT authentication and authorization, and collaborate with developers to debug and improve backend services. On projects like AfriTribe Platform and EcoBridge, I’ve developed REST APIs, implemented authentication (including Google OAuth), and applied performance patterns such as Redis rate limiting.
