What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my molecular diagnostics, microbiology, transplant immunology, and quality-control experience in a clinical laboratory or research-focused role where I can support advanced testing, troubleshoot workflows, and mentor junior staff.

At Apollo Diagnostics, I perform molecular diagnostics and transplant immunology testing for viral, bacterial and fungal pathogens. I monitor CMV, EBV, BKV and Adenovirus in transplant patients and quantify HIV, HBV, HCV and HPV viral loads using Roche Cobas 5800.

Previously at Sankara Nethralaya, I handled nucleic-acid extraction, conventional and real-time PCR, molecular diagnosis of MTB, fungal and bacterial infections, gel electrophoresis, and Sanger sequencing workflows. I also maintained NABL documentation, quality control, inventory records, and laboratory standards.

I've contributed to published PCR-based research on respiratory viruses and viral detection in pterygia, and I enjoy training interns and junior staff while solving laboratory workflow challenges.
