At Auto-Owners Insurance, I led development of a claims monitoring platform and KPI reporting framework that helps 160 branch managers identify claims needing attention and compare open claim trends. I also built automated monitoring for 100K+ daily call records and developed an SSAS OLAP cube to align metrics across downstream reports.
I contributed to the claims semantic data model and developed dbt pipelines for reusable reporting data. Previously, as a Data Science Intern at CCI Systems, I developed a constrained clustering model for FTTH cabinet placement that reduced training time by 80%; in my projects, I used SQL, Python, and Streamlit to analyze loan funnel performance.
