At Canyon View Credit Union, I lead business intelligence work across Branch Operations, Payment Services, Card Services, and Fraud. I translate stakeholder requirements into SQL models, Power BI dashboards, and Python automations.
I've migrated more than 10 production dashboards from Domo to Power BI, helping consolidate the organization’s reporting platform. I also built executive KPI reporting connected to SQL views and delivered a pricing analysis tool that identified about $9K in annual cost reductions.
I automate manual banking and compliance workflows, including an SSA/AVS asset-verification pipeline and a GL Clearing Report that saves roughly eight hours each week. I’ve also prototyped a FastAPI and SQL Server teller chatbot and developed a person-level member churn model using LightGBM.
Earlier, I shipped three internal web tools at Western AgCredit and worked in general-ledger reconciliation at FinWise Bank. Outside work, I build analytics and planning projects with Python, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and APIs.
