At Sagility, I deliver end-to-end training on US healthcare processes across medical and dental pre- and post-service operations. I design HIPAA-focused, compliance-aligned modules that strengthen process adherence and reduce compliance risk.

I manage eLearning content, training schedules, rosters, dashboards, and reporting through the LMS. I also own access management for an assigned client account and support new-hire onboarding as the Training Representative.

Previously at Concentrix, I facilitated communication, sales, soft-skills, and PC hardware troubleshooting training for new hires and on-the-job training batches. I coached teams using audit feedback, supported hiring and trainer onboarding, and created training resources with cross-functional teams.

I enjoy turning complex ideas into practical, interactive learning journeys for diverse audiences. My approach combines adult learning principles, gamified facilitation, and scalable curriculum design to help teams stay engaged and perform better.
