I’m a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science graduate with a year of clinical internship experience in a hospital setting. I combine medical data management, laboratory procedures, and healthcare software with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and quality patient care. I’m now seeking to apply these strengths as a Medical Virtual Assistant, supporting efficient remote administration and clinical tasks while helping streamline operations.

In my clinical/laboratory experience, I performed routine laboratory procedures across hematology, microbiology, and clinical chemistry, including collecting, labeling, and processing blood and urine specimens. I operated laboratory equipment according to standard procedures, followed laboratory safety protocols and quality control standards, and maintained high compliance with safety and quality protocols (100%). I also handled accurate documentation of test results and worked with laboratory instrumentation such as automated analyzers, microscopes, and a laboratory information system.

Beyond healthcare, I’ve strengthened my ability to manage systems, workflows, and data tracking through digital roles at Total Impact Hub and other clients. As a Digital Marketing Strategist and Digital Marketing Assistant, I analyzed data and performance metrics to support decision-making, prepared reports, and ensured timely, well-organized task execution. As a Graphic Designer, I created accurate visual materials within brand guidelines and efficiently managed digital assets—skills I bring to providing reliable, organized, and patient-focused support remotely.
