I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at Minhaj University Lahore while building practical experience in data entry, administration, and office support.

As a Call Center Representative, I handled inbound and outbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment. I resolved customer concerns with clear, professional communication and developed active listening and conflict-resolution skills.

I'm comfortable with data handling, record keeping, document formatting, file management, email handling, internet research, and accurate typing. I work confidently in Microsoft Excel and Word, with good knowledge of PowerPoint, Windows, and the internet.
