I’m a GMC-UK registered medical professional with 5+ years of clinical experience across multiple specialties, and I’m currently supporting a leading US Ophthalmology Center remotely. I combine real-time medical scribing with prior authorization and medical coding so care teams can move faster while staying compliant.

In my current role, I document patient encounters and assist US consultants with real-time scribing, while handling prior authorizations using CoverMyMeds and Parx Solutions. I also manage pharmacy operations such as electronic prescriptions, refills, and insurance communications, resolving complex medication queries between pharmacies, providers, and insurers. I’ve also onboarded 2 new clients and regularly conduct departmental Zoom meetings with US-based consultants.

Before transitioning into US operations, I built a strong clinical foundation through 5+ years working in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, and Emergency, including assisting in multiple surgeries and managing trauma cases. I’m now focused on further specializing in US healthcare operations and progressing toward AAPC medical coding certification.
