I am a licensed physical therapist with a strong clinical background in rehabilitation and patient-centered care. My experience spans working with diverse age groups, treating various neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. I believe in the transformative power of structured physical activity, particularly for individuals who struggle with conventional exercise methods.

My academic journey culminated in a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Management and Technology, where I graduated with a 90.54% final grade. My thesis focused on the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders and their impact on health-related quality of life, showcasing my commitment to advancing rehabilitation practices through research and innovative approaches.

In my current role at Omar Hospital & Cardiac Centre, I provide hands-on treatment and develop personalized rehabilitation plans that enhance mobility and functional independence. I am eager to contribute to advanced research in physical activity strategies that promote health and well-being, ultimately aiming to expand effective rehabilitation methods.
