What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level role in bioinformatics/genetics applying both computational and wet‑lab skills, contributing to translational research within collaborative, interdisciplinary teams focused on personalized medicine or sustainable biotech.

I am a BSc graduate in Bioinformatics and Genetics from Kadir Has University with hands-on laboratory and computational training. I completed internships including a 19-day placement at the Stability Laboratory of Atabay Kimya and worked as a rehabilitation doctor's assistant, gaining experience in patient consultations, record keeping, and diagnostic support.

My project investigated bioinspired antifouling coatings across the Caspian, Black, and Marmara Seas, applying Fick’s Law and Li‑Tanaka models and developing fluorescence-based analysis protocols. I am fluent in Russian, Kazakh, English, and Turkish, and I am passionate about applying computational tools and wet‑lab techniques to personalized medicine, marine biotechnology, and sustainable solutions.
