Over 5 years at ShelterZoom - an enterprise cybersecurity SaaS with real-time collaboration, document workflows, and e-signatures - I grew from Senior into the Frontend Tech Lead role, leading a 5-engineer team for the last 3. I drove the full migration from a monolithic frontend to a Turborepo monorepo, set the engineering standards, moved us to weekly releases, and cut page load times by 35%.
