At Akbank, I migrated a monolithic web system to distributed Lerna monorepos across 70+ packages and rebuilt core React build pipelines used by all teams. I cut pipeline durations from 50 to 10 minutes.

At eBay, I optimized storefronts by diagnosing Virtual DOM CPU load in SSR, reducing First Render Time from 1.5 seconds to 600 milliseconds. I also published UI component packages into the central design system and architected custom Backend-for-Frontend services.

I'm currently building Frezpo AI, a production multi-agent AI pipeline with a Next.js and React frontend and Supabase backend. My hands-on work spans creative frontend development, animated interfaces, and UI architecture.
