What I'm looking for

I am seeking roles supporting early childhood education or childcare where I can apply classroom support, supervision, lesson assistance, and strong communication in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

I am a motivated, detail-oriented senior high school student and teaching assistant with hands-on experience supporting classroom instruction, lesson preparation, and student supervision in multicultural settings. I prioritize safety, organization, and fostering curiosity to support kindergarten readiness.

At West African Community Council I supported lesson planning, implemented daily activities, supervised arrival/lunch/dismissal, and developed an innovative behavioral management approach while tailoring support to individual learning needs. I have additional experience as a long-term babysitter, providing reliable care, transportation, tutoring, and clear parent communication.
