I've delivered production Android and iOS applications for Central Asian Cellular Forum, Swiss Software Solution, WebsCare, and Softileo across full release cycles.

At Central Asian Cellular Forum, I lead Flutter development for media-rich mobile products with streaming, short-form video, competitions, profiles, playlists, subscriptions, deep links, notifications, Firebase, and secure payments.

I'm currently building ScoreAI, an AI-powered IELTS/PTE learning platform with Flutter, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker. The platform includes mock tests, progress tracking, subscriptions, OTP authentication, usage limits, feature gating, and AI-assisted evaluation and tutoring.
