What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply product, customer, and risk analytics to turn complex data into actionable business decisions, including through my international rotation in Customer Analytics and Insights at ING Spain.

I'm currently in ING's International Talent Programme, analyzing customer and transaction data to evaluate product performance, behavior, and usage patterns.

I build SQL-based data pipelines, automated reports, and dashboards in IBM Cognos and Excel. I define and monitor KPIs for customer activity, card usage, transaction volume, and product adoption.

Previously in ING Credit Risk Control, I analyzed financial, credit risk, and customer datasets, supported risk-model development and validation using SAS and SQL, and delivered portfolio analyses and dashboards.

I've also applied Python, R, segmentation, feature engineering, Markowitz portfolio optimization, and predictive modeling to pension-fund behavior and transformer failure-risk projects. I'm selected for an international rotation in Customer Analytics and Insights at ING Spain in Madrid.
