At Kepil, I took an HR platform from concept to launch on iOS and Android, building its multi-tenant backend, APIs, and Flutter client. I also integrated DELI biometric check-in data to eliminate manual attendance entry.

At Sada Software Solutions, I delivered client products from requirements through release and support. I built Aladdin ERP to bring shipment tracking, finance, and performance reporting together, and developed SadaHasap so clients could use isolated ERP tenants on shared infrastructure.

I founded Beyan in 2022 and have run the publishing platform, where users write and publish articles and earn money from their content. I also launched Beyan Kitap, a free ebook platform available on web, iOS, and Android.

My work also includes training and fine-tuning language models for Turkmen and applying AI to HR and business workflows. In previous roles, I led a three-engineer team and shipped mobile and web products across e-commerce, payments, transportation, and other domains.
