I’m an MD, MBBS with hands-on internship and multi-specialty clinical rotations, built around patient-centered care and strong teamwork. I completed my House Officer/Intern training at Civil Hospital Karachi, finishing the internship in the department of Neurosurgery (Jan 2026–Apr 2026).
Across rotations in the U.S. and Pakistan, I strengthened my fundamentals in Primary Care, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, Transplant Nephrology, Endocrinology/Nephrology/Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, Infectious Disease, and Gastroenterology—while practicing chart review and EMR documentation (EPIC). I also volunteer at St. John Center, supporting unhoused clients with daily needs and connecting them to housing, IDs, and other resources.

Completed a 2-week outpatient rotation in a primary care clinic.
Completed a 2-week rotation in the department of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. Participated in educational discussions with residents and fellows on topics including vasopressors and shock. Also attended case conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Volunteered for 3-weeks at a day shelter for unhoused persons, ensured clients were served fresh morning coffee & breakfast, helped them use the phone to reach out to potential employers, sorted & handed out mail. Also assisted case management and social work teams in assisting clients with accessing resources for housing, Social Security, state IDs, and driver’s licenses.
Completed a 2-week rotation in the department of Transplant Nephrology.
Clinical Rotation
Jul 2025 - Aug 2025 (1 month)
Completed a 3-week rotation in the departments of Endocrinology, Nephrology, and Internal Medicine at Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital. Performed chart review with attending on EPIC, presented patients alongside resident teams in inpatient rounds, participated in noon conference and MKSAP discussions.
Completed a 10-week rotation at Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital in the departments of Critical Care Medicine, Infectious Disease, and Nephrology.
Observed the use of POCUS in multiple ICU procedures including thoracentesis, paracentesis, central lines, and arterial lines
Completed a 4-week inpatient and outpatient rotation in the department of Gastroenterology. Performed chart review on EPIC, took histories and presented various cases under supervision of the attending.
Completed rotations in the departments of Internal Medicine and Nephrology. Performed chart review on EPIC and participated in rounds with the attendings, assisted with medication reconciliation and documentation of discharge summaries. Also took part in the outpatient Nephrology clinics.
Rotated for 4 weeks in the Pediatric Nephrology department at SIUT.
Volunteered around 60 hours over a course of 2 months in various departments of SIUT.
