What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my payroll, benefits, medical insurance, personnel administration, and HR reporting experience in a compliance-driven organization with large or multi-entity workforces.

I'm currently managing end-to-end payroll, social insurance, attendance, and medical insurance administration for 500+ employees across Dakahlia Group for Poultry, Agriculture & Chemicals subsidiaries.

I coordinate insurance approvals, claims, and reimbursements as the primary employee liaison, while maintaining personnel records and producing monthly payroll and social insurance reports for leadership.

At High Art for Construction and Tsebo Egypt, I handled payroll, HRIS records, employee onboarding and offboarding, social insurance, leave administration, disciplinary matters, and labor-law-compliant personnel processes.

I also bring recruitment experience from Hyde Park Development & Founders, where I managed full-cycle hiring, headhunting, job advertising, screening, and competency-based interviews for real estate and development roles.
