Senior .NET Backend Developer at Intalio building Kuwait government platforms, including eTendering and contract management services.
EgyptWhat I'm looking for
At Intalio, I build ASP.NET Core backend services for government entities in Kuwait. I developed backend services for an eTendering and Contract Management System across 12 projects, including a digital signature API, background services, reporting, and data and storage migration tools.
I also built backend capabilities for a Meeting/Committee Management platform and extended Correspondence Tracking solutions across SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL. My work has included real-time notifications, secure APIs, and integrations with DocuSign, Microsoft Graph, and Elasticsearch.
Before Intalio, I built a .NET POS and ERP backend at Ebtikar Solution and developed ERP modules and business applications at Ez-Soft and Pioneer Solution. Outside my roles, I founded and am building Lynkdea ERP & Clinic and Amanak, alongside projects including a data recovery tool and a pet tracking API.
