I'm building and maintaining LDM, a multi-tenant Laboratory and Hospital Information System serving 40+ clients across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Kuwait.

At National Technology, I've delivered 18 end-to-end user stories spanning ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, Angular components, database changes, client deployments, and post-release support. My work includes HL7 orders integration, dynamic registration templates, payment improvements, and corrected test workflows.

I co-designed a hardware-bound licensing system that fingerprints installations using motherboard identifiers, applies custom encryption, and generates authorization codes. It was deployed across 40+ client machines to help prevent unauthorized redistribution.

I've resolved 285 production defects and handled 67 client support cases through staging validation, QA coordination, and Azure DevOps pull requests. Previously at Intalio, I built RESTful APIs and SQL Server-backed CRUD modules for HR, ERP, and business management systems.
