At HALA FTTH JL – Watani, I oversee reseller accounts and coordinate cross-functional teams delivering FTTH solutions. I also lead outdoor sales agents and supervise their field work.

Previously, as Project Coordinator at HALA FTTH JL, I supervised daily operations for FTTH rollout projects and liaised with clients, engineers, and field staff to track timelines and deliverables.

As a Freelance Data Analyst for GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für International Zusammenarbeit), I collected, cleaned, and analyzed community development data to support program evaluation and future planning. My experience also includes accounting and customer service.
