I'm a backend/data engineer with ~4 years of experience at Onclusive, focused on building and maintaining large-scale AWS data pipelines — currently processing 12M+ records/day. I designed a failure-handling system that eliminated an infinite-retry issue and let us study and patch failure patterns at scale (up to 100k/day).

I have a strong track record in cloud cost optimization — I cut AWS spend by $7,500+/month through a full infrastructure audit, decommissioning idle resources and rightsizing over-provisioned assets. Earlier in my career, I led research across 2M+ URLs and built a regex-based tool to reduce duplicates and improve data accuracy.

Outside work, I'm active in open source: I contributed to Stirling PDF (a top-15 Java repo on GitHub) and published my own Python package, URL Genie, on PyPI.

I'm now looking for my next role after nearly 4 years at the same company — ideally a Data Engineer or Cloud Infrastructure/Cost Optimization role where I can own both pipeline architecture and cost efficiency at scale. Open to hybrid or remote.
