What I'm looking for

I want to build efficient ETL/data pipelines in a team that values scalable, production-ready systems—using cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) and big-data tools—while giving me ownership and room to grow as a Data Engineer.

I’m an aspiring Data Engineer with 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer (Java), with strong backend development, SQL, and cloud foundations. In my recent role, I developed backend services using Python, Java, and Spring Boot, resolved production issues to improve system performance, and collaborated across the SDLC—bringing a reliability-first mindset to every solution.

I’m now focused on building efficient data pipelines and data-driven solutions, with hands-on exposure to ETL processes and big data tools. I’ve worked with Hadoop, Hive, Sqoop, Apache Spark/PySpark, and Airflow, and I use cloud services like Azure (ADF), AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda), and GCP (BigQuery). From building a banking portal backend to creating an account opening dashboard and implementing XML parsing with database logging, I enjoy translating complex requirements into scalable, maintainable systems.
