I built the Returns Agent to handle customer return requests in Arabic dialects and English, with a human approving any action that moves money. I kept eligibility rules in code, so the model can propose a decision but can’t override policy.

I wrote eval harnesses covering dialects, time boundaries, high-value orders, prompt injection, and authorization. They helped me find and fix failures, including an ineligible order being escalated and the model promising refunds before human approval.

As a freelance AI & Python Developer, I work directly with clients on custom Python backend and AI automation projects. I build LLM-based agent and RAG systems with FastAPI and the OpenAI API, taking projects from scoping through testing and handover.
