What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead fleet operations end-to-end—optimize vehicle and driver performance, coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs, and deliver accurate daily/weekly reporting that helps senior management make better decisions.

I’m a Fleet Supervisor with extensive experience across fleet operations, ensuring vehicles and drivers perform at optimum levels. I oversee daily fleet activities, including route assignment, performance checks, and preventive maintenance scheduling.

My background spans customer service, accounting, and warehouse operations, which strengthened how I handle procedures and documentation. I progressed through car rental roles from Fleet Coordinator and branch supervision to Airport Car rental operations, building a strong operational foundation.

I coordinate workshop repairs, monitor vehicle tracking and fuel consumption, and prepare daily and weekly reports for senior management. I also support accident damage estimation and periodic vehicle inspections, and I bring highly organisational skills and a very hard-working approach.
