What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own end-to-end product and engineering work where I can build reliable full-stack or AI systems, solve operational problems, and ship measurable improvements in a fast-paced team.

I'm a full-stack and ML engineer from Lahore, Pakistan, with a CS degree from LUMS (CGPA 3.79, Dean's Honor List all four years).

Most recently I worked at Tajir (YC W20), a B2B commerce platform moving about 4,500 deliveries a day for 22,500+ outlets. I shipped across the entire stack there, from the Flask backend to two Kotlin Android apps to GCP infrastructure. I owned the customer cancellation-reason feature end to end, which got 8.6% of weekly cancellations annotated within 10 days, up from a flat zero. I also root-caused a driver-pairing bug that cut duplicate-pairing incidents from 2-5 a week to zero, and eliminated a $270/month cloud cost by rewriting a query to run off a Postgres read-replica instead. I was the second-highest committer at the company over my 12 months there.

Before that, I built a RAG chatbot from scratch for a US ed-tech startup, using Groq's LLaMA 3.3-70B and Pinecone for curriculum-aligned quiz generation and parent insights. I also interned on the AI Foundation Team at Motive, working with computer vision datasets on AWS.

For my undergraduate thesis, I co-built a zero-shot Vision-and-Language Navigation agent using LLaVA-NeXT and GPT-4o, hitting a 47% success rate on the Room-to-Room benchmark without any finetuning, and outperforming NavGPT.

I like working across the stack, from backend systems to Android to LLM pipelines, and I'm looking for remote roles where I can keep doing that kind of end-to-end ownership.
