I seek an entry-level ServiceNow/ITSM role where I can apply ticket management and Microsoft 365 skills, learn ITIL practices, and grow through hands-on experience.

I am an aspiring ServiceNow professional with hands-on experience as a Service Desk Engineer, focused on applying technical skills to deliver reliable IT support and efficient workflows. I recently completed a B.Sc. (Information Technology) and am eager to grow in ITSM/ITIL practices.

In my role at Zack IT Solutions, I managed IT support tickets using ServiceNow and provided advanced troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. I ensured timely resolutions, handled email configurations and permission management, and escalated complex issues to L2/L3 teams when necessary.

I bring strengths as a team player, quick learner, and someone comfortable working under pressure with a positive attitude and clear communication. I am proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and have experience in management and public speaking.
