I’m a Finance Transformation, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance professional with 10+ years of experience across treasury, working capital, banking, and financial process optimization in multinational environments. I partner with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and banking stakeholders to deliver scalable, technology-enabled solutions that improve liquidity, operational efficiency, financial visibility, and decision support.

As Head of Treasury & Finance Transformation at Grupo Telefónica, I led supply chain finance integration, including collaboration with platforms such as C2FO, to enhance supplier financing visibility and working capital efficiency. I designed and implemented the group’s in-house bank (IHB) in SAP S/4HANA, established ISO 20022 XML integrations for straight-through processing, and drove automation across cash pooling, FX netting, reconciliations, and consolidated reporting—while embedding SOX-compliant traceability and audit-ready controls. I also built internal treasury applications and Power BI/Python dashboards that reduced 500+ hours of manual work annually while improving control, speed, and reporting accuracy.
