Raised US$550,000 in bridge funding to support scaling, grew the loan book 200% while improving collections from 69% to 85% and reduced non-performing loans by 8%; led implementation of the first loan management system integrated with ERP to enhance credit monitoring and reporting.

Provided sell- and buy-side advisory, capital raise support (including a US$2.5M raise), valuations (DCF/NAV/market comps) and investment memoranda for clients across ag-tech, telecoms and auto-tech sectors, and supported audit and grant-compliance engagements.

Spearheaded ERP transition and process redesign that increased logistics throughput from 3 to 9 containers/month; implemented credit risk framework, automated daily operations and embedded financial controls across finance, logistics, and customer onboarding.

Delivered FP&A and month-end close support for dental-sector clients, implemented cloud-based accounting solutions for small businesses and produced financial statements and dashboards to support compliance reviews.

Performed financial forecasts, WACC and cash flow models, led buy- and sell-side due diligence including a sell-side advisory on a Zimbabwean bank (US$269.8M assets) and prepared investment memoranda for PPP projects approved by the Ministry of Finance.

Led audits including Zimbabwe’s leading digital bank, conducted IFRS and US GAAP engagements, reviewed internal controls and championed data analytics and digital audit tools to improve audit quality and efficiency.
