As Head of Sourcing & Buying at Oceansapart, I led four Buyers and three Quality Specialists while building a network of 35 strategic suppliers across Europe and Asia. I owned sourcing strategy, product development, supplier performance, ESG standards, and commercial negotiations that improved margins by 5%.

Earlier at Oceansapart and LPP-Hause, I delivered 20% year-over-year procurement savings, reduced buying prices by 15% across three seasons, and managed end-to-end womenswear categories with a $6M seasonal budget.
