I've built the finance and operations backbone at Hadron Labs, the core development company behind Neutron, a Binance Labs-backed BTC-Fi Layer 1. I supported a globally distributed team of 80+ people, managed roughly $10M in raised capital, and established Finance and Legal functions across multiple jurisdictions.
At OKX, I stood up the Bahamas regional office across Finance, IT, and Operations and co-led digital-asset licensing with the Securities Commission of The Bahamas, securing approval for regulated activity.
I've also managed a $300M+ World Bank and IADB development-financing portfolio for the Ministry of Finance, modeled Basel III impacts at the Central Bank of The Bahamas, and translated emerging-technology risks into regulatory guidance at CFATF.
