What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a clinical trials role where I can manage study operations end-to-end—milestones, documentation (TMF/eCRF), and vendor/site coordination—while growing deeper in GCP-compliant execution and cross-functional collaboration.

I’m a Clinical Trial Associate working on study management activities like contract negotiation, budget oversight, and tracking study milestones and invoice approvals while ensuring adherence to pharmaceutical law and clinical research regulations. I coordinate communication with sites and CRAs and help drive smooth execution by aligning internal study teams and external vendors.

I also take ownership of maintaining essential trial documentation in the TMF (Veeva), and I lead internal and external study meetings to keep stakeholders aligned. I also keep track on training compliance and system access granting. Previously, as a Clinical Research Coordinator, I supervised study flow, supported documentation maintenance, worked with eCRF/IWRS and vendors (Clario, Canfield, Veeva, Medidata), and performed activities aligned with GCP, including CRF data review.
