I corrected SLA reporting logic that excluded null delivery timestamps rather than counting them as breaches, improving reporting accuracy by approximately 30%. I also translate requirements from more than five stakeholder teams into structured metrics and KPI frameworks.

Previously, at Cool Waves Logistics and HAZTECH, I developed Power BI reports, data models, validation processes, and KPI dashboards for logistics and operational reporting. I use SQL, Power Query, DAX, Excel, and Python to clean, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

I've also led requirements gathering, wireframing, user-story development, sprint coordination, and UAT for mobile applications and an admin panel. My project work includes financial intelligence, marketing ROI, enterprise budgeting, sales pipelines, and workforce analytics dashboards.
