At ASG Business Aviation's Sky Catering Branch, I evaluate aviation catering operations, records and outputs against quality, food-safety and service standards, turning findings into reports, action plans, checklists and training needs.

Across AzProtein Food Group, The Ritz-Carlton Baku and earlier food-safety, project and catering environments, I've investigated complaints, validated evidence, tracked corrective actions and strengthened audit readiness. My work contributed to a 98% “Excellent” GFSI/SQF audit result and improvements that reduced complaints and internal non-conformities by 15%.

I'm a Preventive Medicine graduate with more than 20 years in quality, audit, compliance, food safety and risk review. I've also developed and delivered quality, compliance, document-control and audit-readiness training for 1,200+ employees.

I'm building practical LLM evaluation capability using Codex, Claude and similar tools, with a focus on factual consistency, instruction-following, safety awareness, naturalness and culturally appropriate Russian and Azerbaijani-language review.
