I’m a general management and business development professional with 15+ years working with a growing 5 location MSO, stationed mainly at a Fix Auto in Barrington, IL. I’ve built strong relationships with executives and industry leaders through hundreds of hours of engagement.

I helped acquire an auto glass and ADAS calibration company and grow sales %300. I focus on clear ownership, practical execution, and measurable performance across multiple locations.

I’m deeply experienced in the ADAS industry, with advanced capabilities using Autel, Bosch, and SnapOn diagnostic/calibration tools (Static and Dynamic). I’m also extensively trained through ICAR certifications and private training courses.

Operationally, I manage day-to-day operations, delegate assignments, solve problems across teams, and monitor and execute key performance indicators. I’m comfortable with CCC estimating and workflow software, OEM research and compliance, and the special cares needed to repair vehicles with assisted driving systems, electric, and mechanical drive vehicles.
